1. Services
1.1. VibrantVoice© Coaching offers the following services:

Brain-Based Voice Coaching

MindBalance Coaching (Mental Performance Coaching)

1.2. The specific details and duration of each service will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
2.1. Clients may reschedule or cancel a session without incurring any charges if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
2.2. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in the forfeiture of that session.

3. Payment Terms
3.1. The fee for each service will be communicated and agreed upon before the start of the coaching relationship.
3.2. Payment for coaching services is due prior to the commencement of each session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.3. Invoices will be sent exclusively by email.

4. Coaching Practice Scope
4.1. MindBalance Coaching: Provides guidance and support for personal development, goal-setting, and mental well-being.
4.2. Brain-Based Voice Coaching: Includes exercises aimed at improving vocal performance, public speaking, and communication skills.

Note: All coaching services are for educational, personal development, and performance enhancement purposes. They are not medical treatments, and you should always consult your physician before participating, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.

5. Confidentiality
5.1. As your coach, I commit to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding any information shared during coaching sessions.

6. Liability Disclaimer 
6.1. VibrantVoice Coaching provides coaching for personal development, vocal performance, and well-being. While I take every care to ensure a safe and supportive environment, clients participate voluntarily. Please consult your physician if you have any medical concerns. VibrantVoice Coaching cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or other outcomes.

7. Force Majeure
7.1. I shall not be held liable for any failure to perform my obligations under this Agreement if such failure is due to events beyond my reasonable control.
7.2. In the event of a Force Majeure Event, I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule any affected sessions.
