Terms and Conditions

1. Services
1.1. VibrantVoice© Coaching offers three types of services:

• Brain-Based Voice Coaching

• MindBalance Coaching (Mental Performance Coaching)

• Voice Massage

1.2. The specific details and duration of each service will be discussed and agreed upon in advance

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
2.1. Clients may reschedule or cancel a session without incurring any charges if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
2.2. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in the forfeiture of that session or require payment of the full fee in the case of Voice Massage.

3. Payment Terms
3.1. The fee for each service will be communicated and agreed upon before the start of the coaching relationship.
3.2. Payment for coaching services is due prior to the commencement of each session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.3. Invoices will be sent exclusively by email.

4. Coaching Practice Scope
4.1. MindBalance Coaching: Provides guidance and support for personal development, goal-setting, and mental well-being.
4.2. Brain-Based Voice Coaching: Includes exercises aimed at improving vocal performance, public speaking, and communication skills.
4.3. Voice Massage: Aims to offer relaxation and rejuvenation through larynx manipulation techniques and is not intended as a medical or therapeutic treatment.

5. Confidentiality
5.1. As your coach, I commit to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding any information shared during coaching sessions.

6. Force Majeure
6.1. I shall not be held liable for any failure to perform my obligations under this Agreement if such failure is due to events beyond my reasonable control.
6.2. In the event of a Force Majeure Event, I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule any affected sessions.
