Terms & Conditions

1. Services

1.1. Service Portfolio: VibrantVoice© Coaching provides the following professional services:

  • Neuro-Performance Vocal Coaching: Brain-based vocal training and performance enhancement.

  • MindBalance Coaching: Mental performance coaching, mindset training, and personal development. 1.2. Agreement: The specific scope, objectives, and duration of the coaching trajectory will be agreed upon prior to the first session.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

2.1. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Clients may reschedule or cancel a session without charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. 2.2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as "no-shows," will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Transparency: All fees will be communicated and agreed upon before the start of the coaching relationship. 3.2. Pre-payment: Payment is due prior to the commencement of each session or trajectory, unless a different payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. 3.3. Invoicing: Invoices are sent exclusively via email. It is the client's responsibility to provide a valid email address.

4. Scope of Practice & Medical Disclaimer

4.1. Nature of Coaching: All services offered by VibrantVoice© Coaching are for educational, personal development, and performance enhancement purposes. 4.2. Not Medical Advice: Coaching is not a substitute for medical treatment, speech therapy, or clinical psychotherapy. 4.3. Physician Consultation: Clients are advised to consult a physician or specialist before participating, especially in the case of pre-existing vocal pathologies or medical conditions. By booking, the client confirms they are in good health to participate.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. Professional Secrecy: VibrantVoice© Coaching commits to the highest standards of privacy. All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent.

6. Liability & Responsibility

6.1. Voluntary Participation: Clients participate in coaching sessions voluntarily and at their own risk. 6.2. Limitation of Liability: While every care is taken to ensure a safe environment, VibrantVoice© Coaching cannot be held liable for any physical injury, vocal strain, loss, or perceived lack of specific (artistic) results. The client remains responsible for their own progress and physical limits.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. Unforeseen Events: VibrantVoice© Coaching is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., illness, technical failures, or emergencies). 7.2. Resolution: In such events, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule affected sessions as soon as possible.

8. Website & Intellectual Property

8.1. Copyright: All content on the VibrantVoice© Coaching website (text, images, logos, and methodology) is protected by intellectual property laws. 8.2. Usage: Materials may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. 8.3. External Links: We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites linked on our site.

9. Modifications

9.1. Updates: VibrantVoice© Coaching reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of booking shall apply.

By booking a session or trajectory, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Algemene voorwaarden

1. Diensten

1.1. Dienstenaanbod: VibrantVoice© Coaching biedt de volgende professionele diensten aan:

  • Neuro-Performance Vocal Coaching: Stemtraining op basis van neurowetenschappen en prestatieverbetering.

  • MindBalance Coaching: Mentale prestatiecoaching, mindsettraining en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

1.2. Overeenkomst: De specifieke inhoud, doelstellingen en duur van het coachingtraject worden vóór de eerste sessie in onderling overleg bepaald.

2. Annuleringsbeleid (24 uur)

2.1. Verplaatsen & annuleren: Sessies kunnen kosteloos worden verplaatst of geannuleerd indien dit minstens 24 uur vóór de geplande starttijd wordt doorgegeven.

2.2. Laattijdige annuleringen: Annuleringen, verplaatsingen binnen 24 uur vóór de sessie of “no-shows” leiden tot het verlies van het volledige sessietarief.

3. Betalingsvoorwaarden

3.1. Transparantie: Alle tarieven worden vóór de start van de coachingrelatie gecommuniceerd en overeengekomen.

3.2. Vooruitbetaling: Betaling dient te gebeuren vóór de aanvang van elke sessie of het traject, tenzij schriftelijk anders overeengekomen.

3.3. Facturatie: Facturen worden uitsluitend via e-mail verzonden. De klant is verantwoordelijk voor het aanleveren van een geldig e-mailadres.

4. Werkingsgebied & medische disclaimer

4.1. Aard van de coaching: Alle diensten van VibrantVoice© Coaching zijn bedoeld voor educatieve doeleinden, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en prestatieverbetering.

4.2. Geen medisch advies: Coaching is geen vervanging voor medische behandelingen, logopedie of klinische psychotherapie.

4.3. Raadpleging arts: Klanten wordt aangeraden vooraf een arts of specialist te raadplegen, zeker bij bestaande stemproblemen of medische aandoeningen. Door te boeken bevestigt de klant dat hij/zij in goede gezondheid verkeert om deel te nemen.

5. Vertrouwelijkheid

5.1. Beroepsgeheim: VibrantVoice© Coaching garandeert de hoogste mate van privacy. Alle informatie die tijdens sessies wordt gedeeld, blijft strikt vertrouwelijk en wordt niet aan derden verstrekt zonder uitdrukkelijke schriftelijke toestemming.

6. Aansprakelijkheid & verantwoordelijkheid

6.1. Vrijwillige deelname: Klanten nemen vrijwillig en op eigen risico deel aan de coaching.

6.2. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid: Hoewel alles in het werk wordt gesteld om een veilige omgeving te bieden, kan VibrantVoice© Coaching niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor lichamelijke letsels, stembelasting, verlies of het uitblijven van specifieke (artistieke) resultaten. De klant blijft verantwoordelijk voor eigen vooruitgang en fysieke grenzen.

7. Overmacht

7.1. Onvoorziene omstandigheden: VibrantVoice© Coaching is niet aansprakelijk voor het niet nakomen van verplichtingen door omstandigheden buiten redelijke controle (zoals ziekte, technische storingen of noodgevallen).

7.2. Oplossing: In dergelijke gevallen worden redelijke inspanningen geleverd om getroffen sessies zo snel mogelijk te verplaatsen.

8. Website & intellectuele eigendom

8.1. Auteursrecht: Alle inhoud op de website van VibrantVoice© Coaching (tekst, afbeeldingen, logo’s en methodologie) is beschermd door intellectuele eigendomsrechten.

8.2. Gebruik: Materialen mogen niet worden gekopieerd, verspreid of commercieel gebruikt zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming.

8.3. Externe links: Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud of het privacybeleid van externe websites waarnaar wordt gelinkt.

9. Wijzigingen

9.1. Updates: VibrantVoice© Coaching behoudt zich het recht voor deze algemene voorwaarden op elk moment te wijzigen. De versie die op het moment van boeking op de website staat, is van toepassing.

Door een sessie of traject te boeken, erkent u dat u deze algemene voorwaarden hebt gelezen, begrepen en ermee akkoord gaat.
