NEURO PERFORMANCE VOCAL TRAINING™
Train the system behind the voice.
A unique approach to vocal coaching in Antwerp for singers who want to train their instrument like athletes train their bodies.
The voice reflects how mind and body coordinate through the nervous system. When this system is balanced and functioning efficiently, the voice responds with greater ease, stability, and flexibility.
At VibrantVoice, I support singers with the same care and dedication found in high-performance sport. I don’t view the voice as an isolated instrument, but as part of an integrated system that can be trained and optimized from within.
An integrative, performance-based approach
I combine voice science, Brain-based training, and Mental performance coaching to help you develop greater vocal freedom. By understanding how the mind and body interact, and by working with the principles of neuroplasticity, we can shift deeply ingrained patterns and release mental blocks. The result is lasting change, not only in your voice, but in how you feel in your body and how you perform.
Use your nervous system as your guide
Whether you want to refine your vocal technique or are dealing with tension, performance anxiety, or inconsistency, you’ll gain tools and strategies tailored to the way your unique system responds and performs.
Key areas of focus:
Optimizing breathing for stress reduction and maximum vocal support.
Training the tongue, jaw, and throat to lower the brain’s 'threat' response.
Ear and eye drills to increase vocal range and endurance.
Addressing scar tissue or physical restrictions that may be holding you back.
Managing the impact of reflux, tinnitus, or sinus issues on your vocal health.
Move better, feel better, sing better.
From international stages to the architecture of the voice
My career began in the world of classical music, with a Master’s degrees from the Royal College of Music in London and the Haute École de Musique in Lausanne. As a Belgian-Indian soprano, I built a career on some of Europe’s most prestigious stages, including the Dutch National Opera & Ballet and Opéra de Lausanne. Most recently, I had the honor of performing at the Royal Gala in Mumbai for the Belgian Economic Mission, in the presence of HRH Princess Astrid.
Yet, at the height of my career, I hit an invisible wall. Despite the external success, I felt a profound disconnection from my own instrument. My schedule said 'yes', but my body was saying 'no'. The search for a solution that traditional vocal technique couldn't provide, is what eventually led me to the nervous system.
Driven to understand the "why" behind sudden vocal and performance blocks, I moved beyond conventional training into the realms of neurology and performance psychology. I became a certified Mental Performance Coach and specialized in Brain-Based Voice Training with Andrew Byrne (The Singing Athlete). I realized then that the voice isn't just a set of muscles; it is a neurological output, a direct expression of our system’s sense of safety.
Today, I help singers and vocal professionals reprogram their patterns at the source: the brain.
My mission is to bridge the gap between elite vocal science and artistic soul. I facilitate deep physical integrity, empowering you to perform from a state of total presence, autonomy, and unwavering self-confidence.
