Your body is constantly giving feedback. Tension in the jaw, a feeling of tightness, or mental fatigue are often signs that your system is under strain.
Instead of ignoring these signals, you learn to understand and work with them as meaningful information.

WHAT DOES A TRAJECTORY LOOK LIKE
We begin with a Deep Dive session to clarify your goals and understand what you need at this stage. From there, we build a focused trajectory. Many singers experience noticeable changes within 4 to 6 sessions, depending on their individual goals and starting point.

Deep Dive / Single session: €85
Follow-up trajectory: During the intake, we look at which trajectory suits you best, and you will receive a customized proposal.
